Richard Reese

Executive Chairman of the Board

Richard Reese is executive chairman of the board at Iron Mountain, focused on driving the company’s new services agenda and advising on strategy and other business matters, while performing his duties as chairman of the board. He served as chairman and CEO until June 2008. Reese joined Iron Mountain as president in 1981 when the company was privately held and posted $3 million in annual revenue. During his 27-year tenure as CEO, Iron Mountain grew to more than $2.7 billion in 2007 annualized revenue and became the leader in information protection and storage services. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Reese lectured on entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School and provided consulting services to small- and medium-sized emerging companies. He is a former president and director of PRISM International, a trade association of records management companies. Reese holds bachelor's and master's degrees in ceramic engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
 
Harold Ebbighausen
Harold E. Ebbighausen
President, North America


Harold Ebbighausen was appointed president, North America in September 2008. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s physical records management, data protection and recovery, and information destruction businesses in North America. Since joining Iron Mountain in 1996, Ebbighausen has held several senior positions, first serving as vice president of Data Protection Services. Two years later, in 1998, he became president of Off-Site Data Protection and helped to establish Iron Mountain as the market leader in data protection services. In 2004, he was appointed group president, North American Service Delivery and then group president, North American Operations in 2006. Previously, Ebbighausen was vice president of Document Management Services with INSCI Corporation. Ebbighausen attended Iona College.

Brian McKeon

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer


Brian McKeon joined Iron Mountain as chief financial officer in April 2007, and is responsible for the full range of finance activities including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, legal and investor relations. McKeon is a CPA with nearly 20 years of experience as a finance executive. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, he was EVP of Finance and Administration and CFO of The Timberland Company, where he served in a similar capacity for seven years. Before that, McKeon spent more than eight years at PepsiCo, during which time he held several executive positions in finance and strategic planning, culminating in his being named vice president, finance of the Pepsi-Cola North America division. McKeon received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Tasos Tsolakis

Executive Vice President, Global Services and Chief Information Officer


As Iron Mountain's Executive Vice President, Global Services and Chief Information Officer, Tasos Tsolakis lead Iron Mountain's Global Service Organization, which includes IT, Security and Procurement. As leader of the Global Service Organization, Tasos is focused on strengthening Iron Mountain's internal services by working strategically with teams across the globe to manage risk and create a consistent standard of superior service to our internal and external customers. Tasos joined Iron Mountain in September 2010 as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer to oversee the company's adoption and deployment of information technology. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Tasos was the CIO at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), a Xerox Company, where he set IT strategy for all internal and external-facing technology. Before ACS, Tasos worked for Home Depot as its Vice President of Direct to Consumer Solutions and IT shared services. He has also held key technology leadership positions at GE Information Services and AT&T. Tasos has served on numerous IT boards and development committees, including the Mass Technology Leadership Council, and is a recognized speaker on business process, product development and customer-service technology. He holds an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School; a Ph.D. and M.S. in electrical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University; and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Wilkes University.
 
Marc Duale
Marc Duale
President, International


Marc Duale was appointed president, international in September 2008, after overseeing Iron Mountain’s business in Europe for two years. A French native, Duale joined Iron Mountain in May 2006 with more than 25 years of international leadership experience. Prior to Iron Mountain, Duale was the managing director of Reuter's Asia Pacific operations. Before Reuters, Duale served as COO of DHL Worldwide Express' Asia-Pacific and Middle East business, with responsibilities spanning more than 50 countries. He was previously director of DHL's business in Western Europe and North Africa. Duale also brings operational experience in high volume, service-based businesses. At American Express, Duale served in many capacities – in both New York and Paris – including vice president of strategic planning, vice president of marketing and sales, and general manager for corporate cards and travel services. He also spent several years as a business management consultant and project manager for The Boston Consulting Group. Duale's academic achievements include an engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
 
Annie Drapeau
Executive Vice President, Human Resources


In her role as executive vice president of human resources, Drapeau oversees global HR strategy, including organizational development, recruitment and rewards. Prior to Iron Mountain, Drapeau co-founded the Center for Leading Organizations, a management-consulting firm focused on organizational effectiveness and development. Before that, she served as executive vice president and chief people officer at Vistaprint from 2005 to 2008 and held a variety of executive level positions at Digitas from 1997 through 2005, including executive vice president and chief people officer. Earlier in her career, Drapeau served in various leadership roles at both PepsiCo and JP Morgan. Drapeau is the co-author of the book The Trusted Leader: Bringing Out the Best in Your People and Your Company and has been published in the Harvard Business Review and other business publications on a variety of leadership topics. She holds a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth. Drapeau is a member of the Commonwealth Institute and is on the Alumni Association Board of Directors at Bucknell University.
 
Jerry Rulli
Jerry Rulli
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales


As the head of worldwide sales, Rulli is charged with developing sales strategies for a global sales team and growing revenue for the company. A seasoned sales executive with more than 25 years’ experience, Rulli came to Iron Mountain from Infor Global Solutions. Between 2007 and 2010, he held senior leadership roles in sales and general management and helped grow the software maker from $200 million to $2 billion. Prior to Infor, Rulli served as vice president of sales for Echelon Corporation from 2000-2003 and vice president of worldwide sales and support for Framework Technologies from 1998-2000. A native of St. Paul, Minnesota, Rulli graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology.
 
Ernest W. Cloutier
Ernest W. Cloutier
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary


Ernest Cloutier leads Iron Mountain's global legal team and oversees all legal affairs of the company. Cloutier's primary focus areas include privacy and compliance, commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property, bankruptcy, real estate, securities and corporate governance. Cloutier is also responsible for leading the company's government affairs organization and for advising the company's senior executive team and board of directors on legal and strategic matters. Prior to joining Iron Mountain in December 2007, Cloutier served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Digitas Inc., a NASDAQ listed digital marketing and technology services company. While at Digitas, Cloutier advised the company through its transition to a public company, and oversaw its legal function, acquisitions and ultimate sale to French communications conglomerate Publicis Groupe S.A. Earlier in his career, Cloutier practiced corporate and securities law with the law firms Goodwin Proctor LLP in Boston and Dechert LLP in Philadelphia. He holds a bachelor's degree from Bates College and a juris doctor from The American University Washington College of Law. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
